Will the tool take a long time to be mastered? Do I need to upskill my developers or QA testers?
No. You stay on your website and receive the issues in your beloved issue tracker. There is no need to go to a different website on your day to day work.
Subscription and Usage
I am dealing with sensitive data. Can we hide that in the screenshots?
Yes. You can edit your screenshots and hide any sensitive parts. Furthermore, all your data stays within your ecosystem.
My team size changed. Do I need to inform you?
No need to update us. We trust your honesty on using the tool as intended and as per our terms of service and billing plan usage quota.
I just need the tool for my testing phase. Can I have a subscription for a short time?
Absolutely. You can create a subscription and cancel it on the same day. The minimum subscription length is one month.
Why does the code jump feature not work?
Make sure that you followed the implementation steps explained here and choose the right framework.
If the code-jump button is visible on your application, but the target URL is wrong: Make sure that your local repository name matches the git hosting website repo name exactly.
